St Martin’s Tenants and Residents Association is a group of residents who live on the St Martin’s Estate in Lambeth. We cover Abbots Park, Atwater Close, Challice Way, Ewen Crescent, Gaywood Close, High Trees and Vibart Gardens. We also cover the part of the estate that’s on Tulse Hill and Upper Tulse Hill

Josephine Avenue Group South London Residents' Association

The Josephine Avenue Group (JAG) is a community group founded in the 1970’s whose main aims are to support local residents and keep the place looking good. We hold regular public meetings where all residents are welcome. This is a good way of finding out what’s going on in the street, meeting neighbours and discussing matters of mutual interest.

High Trees

High Trees is now an established community anchor and hub. We work with local people and external partners to build the capacity of individuals and smaller voluntary community organisations. Through the projects and services we deliver, and partnerships we enter into, we seek to regenerate the communities socially and economically.
